ink on paper 50x70 cm
The technique employed here (and in all your pen artworks) is outstanding
hmmmm...sadly the photo quality is "rubbish" ... the original is much better. I have to find time to do a new photo to it. Thank you for your appreciation
Fabulous expression on the muscles and the strains on the body where it's appropriate. Very stunning work.
how much weight we carry on? UFFFF ...
I'm speechless. Have been looking at it for a good long while... I think you're a genius.
...you're kidding? I'm a genius? you're probably the most generous person in sweden ! THKS dear
¸¸.•*¨*•♫♪Very cool....refreshingly original style.....and needs NO explanation...viewing it makes me feel somewhat breathless as if there is a weight on my chest....and I have the overwhelming urge to take that load from his hands....but I think I'll let him carry his own weight....I have my own nice job
Interesting. What is it all curving around? Is there a significance to that?
curves should give a sense of movement ... and then all around us rotates and moves ... do not you think?!? THX for your interest !
Lovely tone. I was asking a question. Is there a reason that the curves converge on that particular site? The body being drained into - what? The heart, the genetalia, the brain? Why?
very nice indeed
very nice indeed
Motion and a carrying of weight is what I see here. The face blending into the arm using the leg as if holding a crutch, or just to keep the momentum going forward with a sad, matter of fact look. The "weight" seems to twist inward on itself into a black hole...possibly this twisting weight is some internal demon or charge that carries this old individual on. Or I'm just really really high, either or, it is magnificent. Thanks.
Love this one. Nice job.
this is excellent. i like the sense of depth & perspective you get, with the foot-like appendage turned inwards, & a knee bending out. i love the flow of lines running through the 'body' & the expression in the 'face'. & i love the concept. really excellent.
