RedTweny is the master of a deep, refined art depicting the anguish of Man. Just NOT useless, sugary tears, and blood, and darkness . . . (that are so typical of so much self-satisfied art), but a silent, intelligent philosophical insight into reality. It would surely be very interesting to see, e.g., Giacomo Leopardi's Operette Morali illustrated by him. RedTweny's sources seems to include such 20th century artists as Francis Bacon, Henry Moore, but also Greek myths and even cartoons. In this case, he deals with a super-classic(al) subject, showing that not everything had already been 'said and done' about it: in fact, he renders the Minotaur in a new, original way, updated in its mood but as powerful as the original myth.
